Important information about requests for card reprints:
To replace a lost membership card please contact your association. They will send you your new membership card.
If you are an RTIP policy holder, please call Edvantage Customer service at 1-866-750-6847 or email email@example.com to request your replacement card.
If you are an OCT member, please be advised that we no longer offer card re-prints for OCT members. You can still access the exclusive Edvantage savings and deals by logging-on to Edvantage.ca with your association number and last name.
*Edvantage does not have any French speaking customer service representatives. Should you wish to correspond in French, please submit your request via email
